Victory Full Tang Boning Knife – 15cm
A premium full tang boning knife. This full tang boning knife is made from 2.5mm German stainless steel and put through the same tried and proven processes we’ve refined at Victory Knives since 1927. Each blade is heat treated to 54 HRC for the right balance of edge retention and easy sharpening, then hand polished and fitted with custom European-made composite scales.
The full tang runs the length of the handle, giving the knife extra weight (180g) and a solid, balanced feel in the hand. It’s a working knife that’s stable through the cut, comfortable over a long shift and built to last.
