The latest edition to the Victory Knives & Tattooed Butcher range is the full tang boning knife. James has been using the Narrow Curved Boning Knife (2/720/15) for years – it is the most popular go to boning knife for butchers in our range.
With the success of the Victory Knives & Tattooed Butcher cleaver it was a question of where to next. The obvious choice was a boning knife. With the same attention to detail the full tang boning knife has been created.
This knife is made from 2.5mm German stainless steel and treated with the tried and proven manufacturing techniques here at Victory Knives - heat treated to 54 HRC, hand polished and fitted with custom European made composite scales. The full tang provides added weight (180grams) and delivers a great hard working balanced boning knife. 15cm in length.
