Two proper Kiwi fillet knives, made in New Zealand, with all profit going to Wish4Fish, the charity getting people with disabilities out on the water.
Every fisho knows the feeling: early start, flat water, a bite on the line. For a lot of Kiwis living with a disability, that day out has always been out of reach. Wish4Fish is changing that, and this knife set is our way of backing them.
Victory Knives has been making blades in New Zealand since 1927. This set pairs two of our most trusted filleting knives, the same ones we supply to commercial fish processors here and overseas. They’re sharp out of the box, easy to keep sharp, and tough enough to live on your vessel.
What’s in the set
- Straight Filleting Knife (2/508/20/115B): A straight, controlled edge for taking fillets off the frame.
- Narrow Curved Filleting Knife (2/506/22/115B): The curve and narrow blade follow the skin cleanly, which makes it ideal for skinning.
Can be purchased as a Set as per above or buying the individual knives.
All profits from every set/knife sold go straight to Wish4Fish. Grab one for the boat, the bach, or a mate who fishes, and help put someone else on the water.
About Wish4Fish
Wish4Fish was started by Tauranga fisherman Bryce Dinneen after a diving accident in 2007 left him a tetraplegic. Frustrated by how hard it was for disabled people to get out fishing, he set up a charity to fix it. Wish4Fish now runs trips on 18m customised wheelchair-accessible boat for people with physical and mental disabilities, along with their carers. Bryce was made an MNZM for his services to disabled people.
Victory Knives is proud to support them.
