VICTORY KITCHEN CLEAVER

The Victory Kitchen Cleaver 18CM, Designed with right length and weight in mind to help with the heavier taskes in the home or commercial kitchen. 

The cleaver is made from 5.5mm German Stainless steel and has been put through the tried and tested manufacturing process at Victory Knives. Heat treated to 54HRC with a half grind up the blade and fitted with New Zealand Native hardwood Black Maire scales (a traditional hardwood used by Maori for tools & weapon manufacturing generations ago)

Designed and weighted for regular use at 690 grams. Note all our Cleavers are handmade and will have thier own features in the Scales (Handle) & Blade, making each Cleaver unique. 

Cleaver Care - Hand Wash (dont put in Dishwasher) and store it dry, like all of our knives we recommend regular steeling to keep that edge tidy.
