Limited to only 300 sets, this set has been created with the Hellers Sharp Blacks the New Zealand national butchery team who are looking to imporove on their 2022 3rd place in Sacremento, USA when they compete in the World Butchers Challenge in Paris, France in early 2025. Victory Knives are the offical partner of the NZ National Butchery team, including the Hellers Sharp Blacks and ANZCO Foods Young Butchers of NZ squad.

All proceeds from the sales of this limited set go to helping get the team to France and gain a couple steps higher on the podium to claim Victory!

Each set includes custom etched knives and a hand signed certificate from all those who have been selected in the Hellers Sharp Blacks team. They are packed into a leather 5 pocket knife roll with custom branding.
